Steps to Cook Sweet Potato in Sugar Frost
Prepare the sweet potatoes.
Cut into chunks, heat oil in a pan, and deep-fry the sweet potatoes.
Fry until golden brown and remove from heat.
The ratio of sugar to water is 1:0.5, 100g sugar to 50g water, simmer on low heat until thickened.
When the bubbles turn white, the sugar mixture is ready.
