Detailed Steps for Making Sweet Potato Milk Mousse
Melt the butter over a double boiler
Add crushed Oreo cookies
Mix well
Line the bottom of the mousse mold with aluminum foil, press the butter-mixed Oreo cookie crumbs flat, refrigerate and set aside
Mash the steamed sweet potato, add 100ml of milk
Add 20g of sugar, mix well
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until softened
Stir the softened gelatin sheets into warm milk until melted
Pour the gelatin-milk mixture into the milk-sweet potato puree
Mix well
Whip the whipping cream with sugar until stiff peaks form
Fold the whipped cream into the sweet potato puree
