Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the fruit thoroughly. For fruits like strawberries with exposed flesh, be more careful when washing. I used the You Shi Jing Shi Ji machine to clean them, which took about 10 minutes to remove all the dirt. If you don’t have a machine, you can wash them with purified water and a little salt, then soak them for 10 minutes, drain the water and they are ready to use.
Cut off the strawberry stems with a knife, then cut them in half. Smaller pieces will save time and be easier to blend.
Put the cut strawberries into the blender, then add the yogurt. I used thick yogurt, which makes the smoothie more creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can use liquid yogurt instead. It all depends on personal preference. After blending, the sweet and creamy strawberry smoothie is ready, low in fat and calories.
