Detailed Steps for Cooking Sweetened Snow Fungus
Soak the snow fungus in advance;
Wash and tear into small pieces;
Wash the jujube and twist it to expose the flesh;
Crush the rock sugar (if using small pieces of single crystal rock sugar, this step can be omitted. I used large pieces of rock sugar);
Put the snow fungus, jujube and rock sugar into a pressure cooker;
Add enough water;
After the pressure cooker starts steaming, turn to low heat and pressurize for 30 minutes (I used an electric pressure cooker and set the timer for 30 minutes directly);
Wash the goji berries during the pressurizing process;
After the pressure cooker naturally releases pressure, open the lid, add the goji berries, and stir well.
It’s sweet, soft and simple.
