Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture
Knead the glutinous rice flour with cold water into a smooth dough
Roll the dough into small, smooth and even balls

Boil water in a pot
When the water boils, add the small balls and cook until they float to the surface
Remove the balls and put them in a bowl for later use
Put rock sugar in the pot and cook over low heat until it melts and turns caramel in color
After the sugar turns caramel in color, add 3 tablespoons of water
Put the balls into the sugar water and cook for one minute
Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top and drizzle with sugar water before serving
