Ingredients
Pour all ingredients except butter and blueberry jam into a large bowl
Knead into a smooth dough, then add butter
Continue kneading until the dough is elastic
Place in a large bowl and let it ferment until doubled in size
Divide into 2 equal parts, round them, and let them rest for 15 minutes
Roll out into an oval shape of 22×10 cm
Spread half of the blueberry jam on top
Fold both sides in and pinch tightly
Seal the edges downwards and twist into a twist shape
Place in a greased mold for final fermentation
Let the dough rise to 90% full
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes with a greased pan covered with oil cloth on top
