Steps to Make Taro and Papaya Sweet Soup
Prepare 1/2 taro.
Cut the taro into small cubes and put them in 1 liter of water. Set the slow cooker to “porridge” (40 minutes) and start cooking. Stir intermittently for the first 5 minutes.
After 20 minutes, open the lid and add 3 tablespoons of tapioca pearls. Stir intermittently for 5 minutes to prevent sticking to the pot.
Prepare a box of milk (236 ml).
After 25 minutes of cooking, pour in the milk.
While pouring in the milk, add 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
In the last two minutes, add the previously cut papaya cubes and stir a few times.
Pour the sweet soup into bowls and it’s done!
