Steps for making Taro Egg Oatmeal
Gather all the ingredients and steam the taro and egg in advance.
Peel the taro while it’s still hot, and peel the egg.
Add a pinch of salt and mash the taro into a paste. You can add some milk to make it smoother. If you like it sweet, you can add condensed milk. I’m on a diet, so I didn’t add any.
Crush the oatmeal.
Sprinkle the oatmeal on top of the egg and taro paste, add some nuts and your favorite fruits. When you eat it, take a bite of the egg and taro paste with a little bit of oatmeal. It’s nutritious, healthy, and filling.
