Steps for Cooking Tea Tree Mushroom Stewed Pork Ribs
A large collection of ingredients, half a piece of pork ribs cut into 7 small pieces, and I used half of the bundle of dried tea tree mushrooms I bought.
Soak the dried tea tree mushrooms in cold water for 20 minutes, and soak the figs for a while.
Wash the pork ribs, add ginger slices and blanch in boiling water.
Cut the red dates and figs, drain the water from the pork ribs and set aside.
Remove the roots of the tea tree mushrooms and wash them with water.
Put all the ingredients into the stewing pot, pour in two bowls of water, and fill the pot with water to 90% full. Stew for one hour in a water bath.
I used an electric pressure cooker and was worried that the bottom of the pot would be worn out by the stewing pot, so I put a towel inside and then put the stewing pot in it. The water in the pot doesn’t need to be too much, just enough to prevent it from drying out.
The finished product is very delicious.
