Steps to Make Teriyaki Pork Chop
Cut the pork into thick slices.
Use the back of a knife to gently pound the pork to make it more tender.
Put the processed pork chops in a bowl, add 1/2 tsp of white sugar, a little white pepper powder, 1 tsp of soy sauce, and 2 tsp of yellow wine.
Mix well and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
While marinating the pork chops, prepare the sauce. Mix 1 part brown sugar, 2 parts yellow wine, 1 part soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of dark soy sauce, and 1 tsp of oyster sauce in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp of honey and a little water to the sauce mixture and mix well.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry the marinated pork chops.
Fry until both sides are slightly charred, then pour in the sauce mixture.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for three to four minutes over low heat.
Cook for about three minutes, then turn up the heat to reduce the sauce.
Cut into pieces, serve with some vegetables, and pour some sauce over it. Enjoy your delicious Teriyaki Pork Chop!
