Prepare the Ingredients
Blanch the Pork Ribs in Boiling Water
Place the Blanched Pork Ribs in a Microwave-safe Bowl, marinate with Cooking Wine, Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Green Onion, Ginger, and Dried Chili for 20 minutes
Prepare the Rice
Put the Rice in the Rice Cooker with Water and Cook until done
Wrap the Pork Ribs in Plastic Wrap
Place in the Microwave
Select the Steaming function for the Ribs, set the time and start the Microwave
