Detailed Steps for Cooking Teriyaki Sauce Char Siu
Cut the meat into strips, place in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorn powder, 1 tablespoon of brandy, marinate with hands, then use a skewer to poke around the meat strips for better flavor absorption;
Place the meat in a tight container, refrigerate for 1-2 days;
Prepare a baking tray, cut an onion into chunks, spread evenly on the bottom of the tray;
