Steps to Make Teriyaki Sauce Stuffed Sausage
Prepare the ingredients and seasonings.
Rinse the pork sausage and pan-fry to remove excess oil.
Pat dry the sausage with kitchen paper, cut into 5cm segments, then stuff the prepared wild peppers into the sausage heads.
Pour Japanese teriyaki sauce, black pepper, ginger, garlic juice, soy sauce, and salt into the stuffed sausage heads, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the marinated sausage heads, and shake the pan continuously.
Fry on both sides until the sausage heads have a firm edge, then serve.
