Wash and drain the glutinous rice, rice, brown rice, and soybeans!
Place the steamed ingredients in a steamer lined with a steaming cloth, steam for 30 minutes, take out the steamed ingredients, and break them up in a large container (you can use cold water to break them up, drain the water), place them on a sunny balcony, and sun-dry for 2 days (one day is also fine as long as they are not sticky to touch)
Take the translucent rice grains that have been sun-dried, put them in a clean frying pan, use low heat, add sesame seeds and salt, stir-fry for 15 minutes until fragrant, the rice grains turn white, have many small bubbles on top, and turn yellow!
Remove from heat, place in a clean, oil-free container, let cool! Seal and store!
This version is deep-fried! After drying, deep-fry directly! Use medium heat, it will become crispy quickly!
