Steps to Cook Thai Flavored Chicken
Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash them.
Add salt, cooking wine, and white pepper powder, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Prepare garlic cloves, peel and slice ginger, cut scallion into long sections, and shred the red pepper.
Mix Thai sweet chili sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, white sugar, and water to make the sauce.
Heat the wok, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they change color.
Add scallion, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the sauce, bring to a boil, and then simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
When the chicken is cooked, add the shredded red pepper and stir-fry until the sauce thickens. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and serve.
