Thai-style Salmon Cooking Steps
Wash the salmon and marinate with pepper and salt for 20 minutes.
Chop the lemongrass, red chili pepper, lemon, cilantro, and lemon into small pieces and set aside.
Prepare the seasonings: sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, lemon juice, and pepper.
Heat the pan, add olive oil, and fry the salmon until golden brown on both sides. Plate and set aside.
