Detailed Steps for Cooking Thai Sweet and Spicy Zongzi
Boil water in a pot and add peas
Blanch the peas and remove them from the pot
Put the peas in cold boiled water and let them cool
Remove the peas from the cold boiled water and drain the water. Set aside
Remove the zongzi from the leaves
Cut the zongzi into small pieces
Heat the pan and add oil
When the oil is hot, add the zongzi
Fry the zongzi until both sides are golden brown. Remove and set aside
Leave some oil in the pan, add the sweet and spicy sauce, sprinkle with salt, and stir well
Add the peas and stir-fry evenly
Add the zongzi and stir-fry evenly
After stir-frying evenly, remove from the pan and serve
