Take two bags of Lipton black tea and brew them with boiling water. Use an appropriate amount of water, about 100ml.
I bought ready-made tapioca pearls. Put them in a pot of boiling water and cook for 25 minutes. First, boil them over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat. After boiling, simmer for 20 minutes.
After cooking the tapioca pearls, rinse them with cold water and set aside.
Heat the milk in a pot.
