All ingredients are ready
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft
Heat the milk in the microwave for one minute, then add the softened gelatin sheets and stir until melted
Whip the whipping cream with sugar, place in a clean container, and beat until visible patterns appear
Divide the whipped cream into three portions, add two types of jam to two portions respectively
Mix well
Transfer the three colored mousse mixtures into piping bags and squeeze into greased silicone molds
Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours
Once the mousse sets, gently press the bottom of the silicone mold and lift it up to unmold the mousse
