Detailed Steps for Making Third Time’s a Charm – Jelly Pudding
For precise measurements, you can record the ratios each time you make it! Today, I made a double-layer pudding with 250g milk, 250g water, 15g sugar each time, and 20g jelly powder!
Once everything is ready, mix the jelly powder and sugar in the milk, then cook over low heat, stirring with a spoon until it boils, then turn off the heat.
After turning off the heat, add the fruit pieces, stir, pour into a container, and cool in the refrigerator!
It will take about an hour or two, so be patient! Let it cool and set, then cut more fruit pieces to decorate on top!
Weigh again, this time with pure water, mix well, cook over heat, stir, and boil, then turn off the heat!
Boil the water, stirring throughout!
Pour into a mold, then chill in the refrigerator again!
Set! The clarity of the water after boiling isn’t great, next time I’ll try not boiling it and share with everyone!
My third successful attempt at making jelly pudding with jelly powder!
It feels really rewarding, even though it’s simple!
My son’s late-night snack today! He’s in the first year of middle school, so tired, sigh~
