One piece of Thousand-Layer Tofu, soaked wood ear mushrooms, chopped scallions, ginger, green and red peppers
Cut the Thousand-Layer Tofu into triangular slices
Heat oil in a pan, sauté star anise over low heat, then add ginger and scallions to stir-fry until fragrant
