Take half a pound of flour, add 4g of sugar, 4g of yeast, 3g of baking powder to warm water, melt, and knead the dough!
Knead the dough well, let it rise for about ten minutes!
After the dough has risen, roll it out with a rolling pin, then roll it up! As shown!
Moisten the edges of the rolled dough with water, stick two rolls together! As shown
Lastly, moisten again, stick all three types of dough together, press tightly with your hands! Try to make them stick together! Finally, roll into a long strip!
Then pinch off pieces of dough, size as desired!
Roll out the dough, try not to roll it unevenly! As shown!
Fill with your favorite filling (I used carrot filling), seal well, let rise for about ten minutes (depending on the rise of the buns), steam for thirteen minutes, turn off the heat, let sit for a minute or two, then open! (I let the buns rise all at once and steamed with boiling water)
I added a few millet peppers around the edge!
As long as you are willing to work hard, there is nothing you can’t achieve!
