Detailed Steps for Cooking Three Shreds Stir-Fried Instant Noodles
Ingredients: Green and Red Pepper, Eggs, Instant Noodles, Onion, Canned Fish, Scallions, etc. I forgot to put some ingredients in the picture.
Cook the instant noodles in boiling water until 80% cooked.
Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water and set aside.
Fry the eggs and cut them into shreds. Cut all other ingredients into shreds as well.
Blanch the green and red peppers, then stir-fry all the shreds with some soy sauce and remove from heat.
Heat the wok and add the noodles. Stir-fry for a while, then add the original flavoring of instant noodles, soy sauce, and the three shreds. Stir-fry again and add some sesame oil before serving.
