Ingredients:
Oatmeal: 50g; Sunflower Seeds: 5g; White Sesame Seeds: 5g; Walnuts: 15g; Hazelnuts: 15g; Pistachios: 15g; Coconut Flakes: 20g; Cinnamon Powder: 0.8g; Sea Salt: 0.5g; Vanilla Extract: 1.5g; Agave Syrup: 18g; Coconut Oil: 10g.

Additional Ingredients:
Dried Apricots: 30g.

Crush the walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, and coconut flakes (can be replaced with banana slices), mix with sunflower seeds, white sesame seeds, and oatmeal, and then add cinnamon powder and mix well.

Mix sea salt, agave syrup, and coconut oil, heat on low heat, and mix until small bubbles appear. Then mix in vanilla extract. (The ingredients are few, and it heats up quickly, so there was no time to take a photo, afraid of burning.)

Mix the ingredients from the first and second steps until the liquid is evenly absorbed.

Preheat the air fryer to 150 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes; line the frying basket with tin foil (can be lined before preheating); after preheating, spread the mixture evenly in the frying basket; set the temperature to 150 degrees Celsius, cook for 13 minutes, and stir three times in the middle.

When it’s done, take it out, mix in the dried apricots, and let it cool. After cooling, it’s crispy and delicious.
