Open the box of tender tofu and take half of it.
Rinse with boiling water twice (to remove the bean smell), then drain the water.
Mash into a paste with the back of a spoon.
Add granulated sugar, dried osmanthus, coconut milk, glutinous rice flour (add a little at a time).
Knead into a dough that is not sticky to hands or bowl (no need to add water, as the boxed tofu already contains moisture).
Roll into a strip, cut into pieces, and shape into balls.
Press a hole in the center, add red bean paste filling, flatten slightly, add peanut sauce, seal, and shape into a ball.
After making all the glutinous rice cakes, place them in an oiled plate.
Steam over boiling water for 6 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut shreds and garnish with goji berries before serving.
