Main ingredients:
1 squid, 10 shrimp, 2 mushrooms.
Additional ingredients:
20g Tom Yum paste, lemon juice, 1/2 chicken stock cube, salt, 1 chili pepper, coconut milk (or milk), 1 lemongrass, 3-4 kaffir lime leaves.

Steps to make Tom Yum Soup
Cut the mushrooms into pieces, slice the lemongrass diagonally, clean and peel the shrimp, remove the shrimp line, and leave one whole shrimp for decoration. Clean the squid and cut it into appropriate-sized pieces. Slice the chili pepper diagonally. Set aside the Tom Yum paste and kaffir lime leaves.
Boil water in a pot and add the kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of Tom Yum paste and stir until boiling.
Add the mushrooms, chicken stock cube, and coconut milk. Cook for one minute.
Season with salt. Add the seafood and cook briefly. Turn off the heat, add the chili pepper, and squeeze in some lemon juice. Stir well and serve.
Finished product. Garnish with cilantro.
