1 crab; 6 large prawns; various clams; some white mushrooms; some straw mushrooms; 1/3 lime; some coriander; some spring onions.
Seasonings:
1 Tom Yum seasoning block; 100ml coconut milk; 10 kaffir lime leaves; 2 lemongrass stalks; 8 slices of galangal; some dried chili; 5ml fish sauce.

Steps to Cook Tom Yum Soup
Prepare all ingredients
Sauté prawn heads and some spring onions in hot oil
Boil water and add kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, dried chili and coriander to the pot and cook for a while
Add sliced white mushrooms and straw mushrooms after boiling
Add 1 Tom Yum seasoning block and stir until melted, then add prawns, crab and clams to the pot and cook until boiling
Add lime juice, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and coconut milk 5 minutes before serving and stir well
