Tom Yum Soup Cooking Steps
As needed prawns. As needed scallops, wash the shells clean and set aside. 2 tomatoes, make a cross-shaped incision, soak in boiling water for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, peel off the skin, remove the core, slice and shred the tomatoes, then dice them and set aside.
