Steps for cooking Tomato and Shrimp Porridge
Blanch the tomato in boiling water, peel off the skin and chop it. Finely chop the scallion and coriander. Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the heads for later use.
Cut the shrimp into slices.
Heat the oil in a wok, add the shrimp heads and stir-fry until fragrant.
