Steps for Cooking Tomato Dumpling Soup
Slowly stir an egg into 80g of flour, gradually adding enough water to make a thick batter and set aside.
Cut the tomato into small pieces, shred the baby bok choy, and take a few fried meatballs if you have them. You can also add diced ham or bacon according to personal preference.
Cut some scallions and set aside.
Cut the soft tofu into small cubes.
