Steps to Make Tomato Fish Soup
Wash and drain the black fish fillet, marinate it with 15ml cooking wine and 2g salt for 15 minutes. (After marinating, pour out the soup.)
Peel and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Slice the ginger.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the ginger slices and stir-fry the fish fillet until it changes color. Then remove the fish fillet and put it into a deep bowl.
Add the remaining oil to the tomatoes and stir-fry until they become soft and sandy.
Take the stir-fried tomatoes and pour them into the fish fillet.
Add enough water to cover the ingredients in the bowl, add the remaining seasonings, ginger and scallion, and then add enough water to cover the ingredients again.
Set the steamer to the warming and steaming mode, preheat to 110 degrees, put the bowl on the middle layer, steam for 20 minutes, and sprinkle with chopped scallions before serving.
