Detailed Steps for Cooking Tomato Meat Sauce Pasta
Prepare pasta, wash tomatoes, marinate minced pork with 10ml cooking wine, 2g salt, and 10ml egg white, stir in some chopped green onions clockwise until sticky.
Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, peel and dice, prepare chopped green onions and black pepper.
Add 2g salt to boiling water in a pot, cook the noodles until done.
