Tuna: 100g; White rice: 1 cup.

Soy sauce: 3 tbsp; Mustard: as needed; Sesame oil: 1 tbsp; Sushi vinegar: 1 tbsp.

Steps for Cooking Tuna and Scallion Rice Bowl
Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the white rice, put it in the rice cooker, add water, and put in one tablespoon of sesame oil.
Cook the rice using the normal rice cooking function.
Flatten the tuna with a knife.
Grind the tuna into a paste, removing the sinew.
After processing all the fish, combine the fish paste together and chop it with the back of a knife.
Add half of the chopped scallions and continue chopping.
Add one tablespoon of clean water, mix the fish paste well, and set it aside in a small bowl.
Take one bowl of cooked rice, add one tablespoon of sushi vinegar.
Place the tuna paste on top of the rice.
Sprinkle the remaining scallions on top of the tuna paste as decoration.
Mix the mustard and soy sauce together, and mix it into the rice.
