Detailed Steps for Making Two-Tone Banana Milk Mousse Cup without Whipped Cream
4 bananas, I used emperor bananas
Peel and slice the bananas
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water
Heat the milk in a saucepan
Add soaked gelatin sheets to the heated milk
Stir to melt the gelatin sheets after adding them
Pour half of the milk into a mixing cup with 2 bananas, blend with a hand blender, pour half into cups, refrigerate.
Add dark chocolate to the other half of the milk, blend with 2 bananas using a hand blender.
Take out the refrigerated half-cup of banana milk mousse, pour in the chocolate mixture, fill the cups, and refrigerate again.
