Detailed Steps for Cooking Two-Tone Cake
Prepare main and additional ingredients
Divide the cake into two halves from the middle
Whip the cream with sugar until it forms wet foam
Spread a layer of cream on the surface of the cake, cut the pear into small pieces, and evenly spread them on the cream
Spread another layer of cream to cover the pear
Cover with the other half of the cake, and spread the cream evenly on the cake. As a beginner, I couldn’t spread it evenly enough
Whip the remaining cream until it forms stiff peaks, and put it into a piping bag (put the piping tip you like into the piping bag in advance)
Pipe small flowers on the cake
Then pipe a circle of flowers on the top of the cake, and cover it with a few pieces of pear
Mix the remaining cream with cocoa powder until it is well combined
Put it into a piping bag and fill the remaining blank space on the cake
If it doesn’t look good somewhere, pipe a circle of flowers to decorate it. For me, it’s already good enough to make it like this, although it looks a bit unsightly.
