Wash the duck wings and cut them open.
Boil water in a pot and blanch the duck wings to remove any blood.
Rinse the duck wings with clean water.
Prepare the above braising ingredients.
Add braising sauce and water to the pot (my ratio is 1:5), pour in all the braising ingredients, add a tablespoon of dark soy sauce and half a tablespoon of sugar.
Bring to a boil and add the duck wings, then add a little cooking wine.
