Melt the cocoa butter in water below 70 degrees Celsius;
When the temperature drops to around 40 degrees Celsius, add white food coloring and mix well;
When the temperature of the colored oil drops to around 30 degrees Celsius, dip a toothbrush in the white food coloring mixture and flick it onto the mold;
