Detailed Steps for Cooking Vanilla Carrot Steamed Buns
Prepare the ingredients, carrot juice can be made with a blender, add sugar and vanilla powder to taste
Add two tablespoons of yeast
Stir the yeast until dissolved
Pour the mixture slowly into the flour in a bowl, then stir with chopsticks until cotton-like, then knead into a dough
After kneading into a smooth dough, place it in a warm place, cover with plastic wrap, and let it ferment for 1 hour
When it becomes porous, the fermentation is successful, then deflate the dough
Cut aluminum foil into small rectangles to prevent the buns from sticking to the bottom
Shape the buns and place them on a steaming plate (since my home doesn’t have such a large steaming plate, I used a baking rack instead)
Finally, let it ferment for 15 minutes
Steam for 20 minutes and it’s ready
