Soak gelatin sheets in ice water until soft
Heat all the milk, melt the sugar in it, and add the softened gelatin sheets
Divide the cooked milk into two portions, add vanilla powder to one portion and matcha powder to the other
Once the matcha-flavored milk and vanilla-flavored milk are at room temperature, pour a layer of vanilla flavor into the mousse cup, refrigerate for about ten minutes until set, then pour a layer of matcha flavor….
