Vegetable and Meatball Congee + Shrimp and Spinach Congee~ Cooking Steps
Wash three vegetable hearts and set aside~
Cut the vegetable hearts into small pieces, prepare the meatballs, ginger, and scallions~
Prepare a bowl of slightly thick white congee~
In a small pot, bring some water to a boil, then add the congee, ginger, meatballs, and vegetable hearts in sequence, stir and cook until done~ Remember to add salt~(๑•̀ㅁ•́ฅ)
Follow the same steps for the Shrimp and Spinach Congee~
When serving, you can add some chopped scallions for garnish and extra flavor~
