Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Vegetable-Fried Lamb Chops & Sesame Noodles
Wash and dice the carrots.
Slice the white onions into rings.
Clean the lamb chops and cut them into small pieces; this type of lamb chops are not gamey and are full of flavor.
Heat a frying pan, add a small amount of olive oil.
Add the lamb chops, fry over medium-low heat until the surface browns slowly.
Add the onions and continue frying to infuse the flavor of the onions into the lamb chops and reduce excess oil.
Once the onions soften, add the carrots; the carrots should only touch the oil to maximize their nutritional value.
Cook the noodles, add a pinch of salt for better taste.
Fry the three ingredients together for 5 minutes, then cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Remove the cover and sprinkle a little salt.
Blanch the noodles, add butter, quickly stir-fry, plate, and maintain the aroma and heat of the butter.
After seasoning the lamb chops, continue to simmer for 5-8 minutes; do not overcook. Plate the lamb chops on lettuce leaves to absorb excess oil, serve the noodles with sauce, along with pre-cooked sweet corn and tomato slices, sprinkle with dried fruits, add a slice of lemon, and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lamb chops to reduce greasiness.
