Steps to Cook Veggie Stir-Fried Hot Dogs
Slice the hot dogs, remove ends and strings from each green bean and cut into two pieces, cut corn kernels, slice onion, and use cookie cutter to shape or slice the carrots;
Heat the pan, stir-fry a little bit of onion until fragrant, then set aside the hot dog slices;
Blanch corn kernels, carrots, and green beans in salted water;
Heat the pan, add oil and onion, sauté until fragrant;
Add onion, green beans, carrots, and corn, stir-fry for a bit, sprinkle about 2/3 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, a few dashes of black pepper from the bottle, and stir well;
Add the hot dogs, drizzle 1 teaspoon of cooking wine along the edge of the pan, quickly stir well, then add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil for finishing touch, stir a few more times and it’s ready to serve.
