Ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 121g; Cocoa powder: 20g; Powdered sugar: 50g; Butter: 130g.

Egg white: 1.5 tablespoons.

Steps to make Vienna Chocolate Cream Puff
Soften the butter at room temperature and beat until smooth.
Add powdered sugar (I used my own powdered sugar, so it’s not too fine).
Beat until the volume increases and the color turns white.
Add beaten egg white and mix well.
Sift in the mixture of all-purpose flour and cocoa powder.
Cut and mix evenly with a scraper. Do not overmix, just moisten.
Put the mixture into a pastry bag and squeeze out a W shape with a medium-sized eight-tooth nozzle.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
