Black Sesame: 150g (5.3 ounces); Walnut: 150g (5.3 ounces); Longan: 100g (3.5 ounces); Red Dates: 150g (5.3 ounces); Rock Sugar: 250g (8.8 ounces); Yellow Wine: 250g (8.8 ounces).

Steps for Making Walnut, Red Date, Longan, Sesame, and Donkey-Hide Gelatin Paste
All ingredients: Donkey-Hide Gelatin, roasted black sesame, roasted walnuts, longan, red dates, and rock sugar.
Break the Donkey-Hide Gelatin into small pieces.
Soak the Donkey-Hide Gelatin in yellow wine for 2-3 days until it becomes soft.
Roast the black sesame in a flat pan until it is cooked.
Roast the walnuts in an oven and set aside.
Melt the Donkey-Hide Gelatin in a double boiler for half an hour, stirring constantly.
Add the rock sugar and continue stirring for about half an hour until it is completely dissolved. As the rock sugar dissolves, the Donkey-Hide Gelatin will become more and more viscous. When scooped with a spoon, it will not flow or drip.
Add the roasted walnuts and stir until they are completely coated.
Add the longan and stir until they are completely coated.
Add the red dates and stir until they are completely coated.
Add the roasted black sesame and stir until it is completely coated.
After all the ingredients are mixed well, pour the mixture into a container while it is still hot to make the Donkey-Hide Gelatin Paste.
Let it cool and refrigerate for 24 hours. Then, turn it over onto a plate, remove the plastic wrap, and cut it into 10-gram pieces.
Store the sliced Donkey-Hide Gelatin Paste in an airtight container or jar.
