Steps to Make Walnut Red Date Soy Milk
Prepare Ingredients
Use pliers to shell the walnuts.
Soak the walnuts in hot water for 5 minutes.
Put rock sugar into the blender.
Gently peel off the thin skin of the walnuts. (Because the thin skin is not good for health.)
Remove the pits from the red dates, break them into pieces; break the walnuts into pieces, put them into the blender with the soybeans, then pour in 3 bowls of water.
Set the blender to “Dry Beans/Wet Beans” and blend until finished.
Strain the blended soy milk with a filter, and it’s done!
