【Water and Oil Fried Lamb Chops】More Delicious Detailed Cooking Steps
Prepare the various spices as shown in the picture, along with slices of ginger and garlic sprouts as needed.
Cut the lamb chops into pieces, put them in a bowl with a suitable amount of salt, marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add the lamb chops and stir-fry. If unable to stir, add an appropriate amount of water, stir-fry until the water evaporates, then repeat several times. Once the lamb chops are cooked through, add rock sugar and continue stir-frying until the lamb chops are browned. Add all the spices and continue stir-frying until fragrant.
Add an appropriate amount of Shaoxing wine, cover the pan and simmer for 10 seconds.
Add a generous amount of water, add dark soy sauce and ginger slices, cover the pan, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, add chicken bouillon and garlic sprouts, cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, then remove from heat.
