Detailed Steps for Cooking Water Fried Eggs (No Oil Needed)
1. Take three eggs and crack them into a bowl.
2. Add a little salt to the bowl and use chopsticks to mix the egg mixture thoroughly.
3. Place a frying pan on the stove and add an equal amount of water to the egg mixture, in a 1:1 ratio.
4. After the water boils, turn the heat to medium-low.
5. Gently pour the egg mixture into the pan. The bottom of the egg mixture will quickly solidify and form large bubbles, as shown in the picture. Do not touch it for now.
6. After the bottom is evenly solidified, use a spatula to gently flip it over, with the bottom facing up and the top facing down. (At this point, the egg mixture gradually becomes lumpy.)
7. Stir-fry until the water is dried up. (This process is quite fast, only a few minutes.)
8. The tender Water Fried Eggs are ready. Serve and enjoy!
