Steps to make Watermelon Steamed Buns
Prepare the ingredients.
Add flour, milk powder, and granulated sugar to milk and knead until the dough is fermented.
Take 2/3 of the dough and add red yeast rice powder, and add matcha powder to the rest and knead until the dough is fermented again.
Divide the red yeast rice dough into small pieces and roll them into balls.
Roll the matcha dough into thin skins.
