Granulated Sugar: 80g; Coconut Milk: 1000ml.

Steps to Make West Tapioca Pearl Dessert
Prepare 50g of grass jelly powder and 150g of tapioca pearls;
Boil water, add tapioca pearls and cook until translucent;
Remove tapioca pearls, rinse with cold water in a stainless steel colander until each pearl is distinct and not sticky;
Clean the pot, boil water again, add granulated sugar and tapioca pearls, boil again;
Mix 50g of grass jelly powder with 250g of water until smooth;
Boil 900g of water, pour the grass jelly mixture in, stir constantly and boil again;
Pour the cooked grass jelly and tapioca pearls into a container, cool, refrigerate for 2 hours; PS: It is recommended to use a glass or ceramic container, not a plastic one
Cut the chilled grass jelly into cubes, mix the tapioca pearls with coconut milk, and serve.
