Steps for making Whack-a-Mole Fun 3D Cookies
Step 1: First, make the “little mounds”. Prepare roasted peanuts and crush them. After warming the milk, sprinkle in the instant oats and mix well. Add butter, sugar, and melt on low heat, stirring until well mixed. Add cocoa powder, chocolate sauce, and crushed peanuts, and mix well. Stir until the mixture is sticky but not sticky to the touch, and has a glossy appearance.
Find a tube slightly thicker than your finger, and pile the mixture from the previous step around it to form a cone-shaped little mound. Remove the tube. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, then remove and let cool. Step 2: Make the base. Cut out a shape that is the same size as the bottom of the “mound” according to the recipe for regular cocoa butter cookies, and bake it until it is cool.
Step 3: Make the mole. Beat the egg whites with lemon juice and add the granulated sugar in three portions until it is 90% whipped. Mix well with the beaten egg yolks. Sift in the low-gluten flour and cocoa powder and mix well. Put the mixture into a piping bag and cut a hole smaller than the exit of the “mound”. Squeeze the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper into uneven strips. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
After cooling slightly, use melted black chocolate to make two round ears and a round nose for the mole. Use white chocolate to make two round eyes and two “teeth”, and add black pupils to the white eyeballs. Step 4: Assemble the cookies. Use a little melted chocolate to stick the moles of different heights onto the base, and then put the little mounds on top.
